Refund Policy

Typically, service fees from the travel agency, airline tickets, and purchased trip protection insurance are non-refundable if 24 hours have passed since the booking was made. However, we may consider refund requests only if the following criteria are met:

  • The passenger(s) must have contacted our customer service representative via phone to request a refund or waiver.
  • The airline or designated end supplier must have a policy for processing refunds under the fare rules.
  • A refund request will only be valid if the passenger is not considered a "no-show." If a passenger does not show up at the airport before the scheduled departure time of their flight, they will be classified as a "no show." Please be aware that bookings marked as "no show" are not eligible for a refund.
  • We may only process the requested refund if we can obtain waivers from suppliers. CruiseCaller cannot specify the exact time frame for processing a passenger's refund request, as the process follows a fixed order. Once a passenger requests a refund from our travel agent over the phone, we will send an email notification to confirm receipt of the request and provide a unique tracking number.

However, this notification is only an acknowledgment of the request and does not imply eligibility for a refund. Apart from receiving the refund request from the travers, we will coordinate/work with suppliers, such as airlines, to obtain a waiver based on their rules and inform you of their decision.

Please note that service fees charged by CruiseCaller for original flight bookings are non-refundable, and the decision to grant a refund lies solely with the end suppliers.

In case of an approved refund, it may take seven or more working days for the refunded amount to appear on your credit or debit card statement. Suppliers typically charge a penalty for refunds.

The entire refund process can take 60-90 days from the time of the refund and cancellation request to receive credit in your account. Additionally, CruiseCaller will charge a post-ticketing service fee, as applicable, on a per-passenger, per-ticket basis, in addition to any refund penalties imposed by the airline. If the supplier approves the requested refund and airline rules permit such refunds, they will consider a waiver. If the airline does not accept the refund, we will refund only our post-ticketing service fees, which do not include our booking fees for the original travel reservations or bookings.
